A DISCIPLESHIP PROGRAM FOR MEN
Abba’s House works in conjunction with On Fire Christian Church. This program is for recovering individuals who have suffered from the addiction of drugs, alcohol, homelessness or who just need help staying committed to Christ. This is a strict discipleship program whose main purpose is to help individuals come into their full potential after the recovery of addiction. This program is meant to keep men accountable in every aspect for the duration of the program (6 months).
The standard application used by Abba’s House to help evaluate the eligibility of applicants applying for membership in Abba’s House.
Individuals will be required to attend all services at OFCC which include
Sunday Church Service at 10:30 a.m.
Sunday Kingdom Men Class at 5:45 p.m.
Sunday Church Service at 7:00 p.m.
Monday & Tuesday Meeting at 7:00 p.m.
Wednesday Church Service at 7:00 p.m.
Thursday Prayer Meeting at 7:00 p.m.
Occasionally there will be other times we will have events that you are encouraged, but not required to attend.
Getting a Job
You will be required to get a job within your first two weeks of being in the program. The director of this program will assist you and keep you accountable to ensure that you are trying your best to find a reliable source of income. The job must be full time and 1st shift. No 2nd or 3rd shift jobs are permitted, as this would cause you to miss meetings.
Weekly Program Donation
Suggested donation for this program is $120 per week. This covers all program expenses including curriculums and discipleship programs. If for some reason you do not pay these fees, you may be immediately removed from the program, unless previously discussed with the director.
Drug tests will be administered in the presence of person administering test upon acceptance of Abba’s House. Random drug tests will be administered throughout your program.
